Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hrs. 

UK Standard delivery - 3-5 working days (excludes weekends and national holidays)

UK Express delivery - 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and national holidays)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the delivery company or Auriella Activewear Limited.

Any parcels unclaimed, is the customer's sole responsibility. In the rare event that your package is returned to us, a new shipping fee will be charged so that your parcel can be re-delivered to your address OR a return admin fee of £6 will be deducted from your refund.

Returns and Refunds on Free Shipping:

In an effort to provide clarity and ensure fairness in our return and refund processes, we would like to introduce an exclusion to our store policy. This exclusion pertains to cases where customers qualify for free shipping on their original order but subsequently return an item, causing the total order amount to fall below the threshold required for free shipping eligibility.

Exclusion: If a customer qualifies for free shipping on their original order and chooses to return an item, resulting in the total order amount falling below the free shipping threshold, the cost of the shipping that would have been applicable will be deducted from the refund amount.
